Sometimes you can’t get a connecting flight until the next morning. Anyone with a flush credit card can stay in an airport hotel. This time my trip was fairly pricey so I opted to stay in the airport overnight. This practice is more common than you might think. Youngsters on a round-the-world voyage will cut corners any way they can. As a non-youngsters it was a dubious adventure though I was pretty sleepy the next day. Here is one of the late-night cafés I stayed in while fighting off a snooze.
