These are the terms and conditions for buying artwork from Louisa McCabe:

The buyer is receiving an signed, original work by Louisa McCabe, or signed Louisa McCabe print, together with a certificate of authenticity..

We currently ship to Europe and the US. Email for prices outside these areas.

While the buyer holds the ownership of the painting, copyright resides with Louisa McCabe, as verfied by U.S. Copyright Office.

The buyer has ten days in which he or she can return the work, undamaged, for a full refund. If the piece has been damaged the buyer keeps the work and there is no refund.

Damage During Shipping

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper’s inspection.

Delivery times can vary depending on the season (Christmas is a high-volume time).

Watercolors are currently sent unframed, the price of framing is separate. Sending framed work is more expensive. Louisa McCabe can arrange framing in your area or the buyer can arrange it for themselves. Email for frame information.

If you live in the vicinity there is the possibility of delivery, please give advanced notice.

Online payments can currently be made by credit card.

The price includes all taxes.

We use this information for internal marketing purposes only. We do not sell or rent your email addresses to other organizations.

If you have ordered a painting or print you may receive a phone call in relation to your order.
Please provide your correct phone number. This number will be used for order confirmations only and will not be used for telemarketing nor will it ever be shared with other organizations.

All user credit card information is securely communicated using secure socket layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions.
Your credit card information is not stored on our internet server and must be re-entered for each transaction. This is for all of our benefit and peace of mind!
