Early in the morning the artists arrive at the top of Monmartre to Sacre Coeur where they start their day with a petit noir. In the Place du Tertre they set up shop to sell paintings of Paris and do 20 minute portraits. The level of artistry is high. But there is another group who roam the crowds and offer an on-the-spot likeness.
