Sacre Coeur is a 19th century cathedral at the top the hill of Montmartre in Paris. When you stand out front you get an incredible panoramic view of the city. The park below drops down the hill in a series of descending stairways which level off to ballustraded walkways. Le tout Paris gathers to lounge in the sun, hear buskers, and buy trinkets.
