Botmel is the site of a ruined church near where we live, It’s a an ancient site where the church burned down in the 19th century. It’s very peaceful and surrounded by trees. On a sunny day it’s a lovely place to vist for a picnic. Or to paint a picture.

Marais in the Rain - Large

The Marais is a famous Jewish quarter in Paris and is full of wonderful little shops and ateliers. Amid the winding cobbled streets you find unexpected historic cafes and buildings dating back hundreds of years. Great for a stroll or a shopping trip, you can happily spend a lot of time here. And it’s even beautiful in the rain.
